Are you an Applied Math major or any major interested in Mathematics at IIT?
- Join the the IIT chapter of SIAM (Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics. All majors are welcome. Contact me for more information.
- Contact me if you are interested in participating in the Mathematical Contest in Modeling - the most prestigious contest of its kind in the world. Here's an example of what you can achieve in this contest: Drone based Disaster Response System designed by the Meritorious Winner IIT team from 2019.
- Contact me for research opportunities in Mathematical Modeling, Optimization, Graph Theory, and more, especially if you have taken any courses with me.
- Become a student member of: SIAM (for free), MAA.
- Do summer research or an internship in the mathematical sciences.
- Consider doing a co-terminal M.S. degree with your current B.S. program in the newly redesigned and modernized MS in Applied Math, or in the interdisciplinary MS in Computational Decision Science and Operations Research (CDSOR).
