Conference Proceedings:
The
meeting is being held at McCormick Tribune Campus Center
(MTCC) on the campus of Illinois Institute of Technology. Talks will take place in the MTCC auditorium. The poster session and refreshment breaks
will be held in the MTCC ballroom. The
conference dinner will be held in the Hermann Hall ballroom.
The Rettaliata Engineering Center is located across State Street from
the MTCC and on the north side of the first floor of the building there is a
lounge space (plenty of seating and a large whiteboard wall, plus classrooms)
for discussions.
Nearby Food:
There is a 7-Eleven located inside the MTCC. Chinatown
offers over 20 restaurants (see here and here for recommendations) is accessible
from IIT via the CTA Red Line (take the Red Line from Sox-35th St. station one
stop north to the Cermak-Chinatown station; allow
10-15 minutes for travel).

minute walk from the MTCC:

The daily cost for parking in these lots is $12.
Lot A4 on the north
side of the MTCC at 32nd St. and State St.
Lot B5 on the west side
of Hermann Hall on Federal St.
Lot
D5 on State St. between 34th St. & 35th St.
There is also some free street parking available along
Michigan Ave. and Indiana Ave. on the east side of IIT campus.
IIT is accessible via the following public transportation
options:
CTA Red Line (Howard-95th/Dan Ryan) to
Sox-35th station
Note: The Sox-35th
St. station has two entrances, one on 33rd St. and one on 35th St. CTA fare
cards can only be purchased at the 35th St. entrance.
CTA Green Line (Ashland-63rd or
63rd-Cottage Grove) to 35th-Bronzeville-IIT station
CTA Bus #29
State & 32nd St. Stop
