To:  WISER Faculty Affiliates

For your information, I have attached the recent correspondence from Dean
DePaola announcing the NAE Grand Challenges Chicago Summit Student
Competition.  The competition challenges students to select one of the NAE
Grand Challenges and discuss how it can be applied in the limited resource
setting of the developing world (see attached). Fifteen selected student
will receive full conference registration an will participate in a Student
Poster Competition at the end of the day on April 21. Please forward the
announcement to any of your students who might be interested in
participating.

 Note:  Abstracts are due by March 25.
