Hi. Great stuff this week. Two reminders and one new announcment.

  Wednesday, E1 Room 121, 12:50-1:40.
During the usual Math Club meeting, Karl Sigmund from the University of
Vienna will give a short talk on "The Rock Paper Scissors Game for Adult
Players". He gave an outstanding talk a few days ago for the
Remembering Menger event, and the talk tomorrow will be super as well.
  And there will be pizza.

There will be another math talk, by Margo Levine, from Northwestern's
Applied Mathematics Department. She will be giving a presentation on her
research in nanotechnology and thin films accessible for undergraduate
students. It will no doubt be good, since she's interviewing for a job
E1 Room TBA, 12:45-1:45. And there will be pizza.

Friday at 4pm at Depaul CTI (downtown, NE corner of Jackson and Wabash)
This isn't exactly math, but... a CS professor/friend of mine is
hosting a Problem Solving/Puzzles/Games for his students, and you are
also welcome to attend. Flyer attached. These are typically more
brain-teasers and less pure math contest problems.
They, too, typically order a superabundance of pizza.

See you.
