Hi.  I hope you had a good summer.  This email is to inform you about
the upcoming...

Math Club Barbecue! 

Tuesday, August 29
Noon to 1:30pm or so
North of MTC, near the tennis courts

Expect hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, etc., and a lot of people
interested in mathematics wandering about – undergraduates, graduate
students, and faculty.  Everyone is welcome to attend this event.  

Anyone who can help shop, set up the grill, or clean up, please contact
the organizer, Mike McCourt (mccomic at iit.edu).



Also, the first Math Club meeting will be Wednesday, September 6, at
12:50pm.  (Location TBA)
We will select officers and discuss plans for the upcoming year.  
There will be pizza & stuff.
