[grads] SIAM Officer Election

Dear All,

SIAM IIT Chapter will have a officers reelection tomorrow. It will take place at 12:45pm in E1-112. Anyone who wants to vote for the new officers or be voted as a new one is welcome to come. Now we have four of our candidates: Amlan Barua, Qi Ye, Rod Rodriguez and Yizhi Zhang.
