[grads] Conference at IIT, May 9-10

There will be a conference in honor of Dean F.R. "Buck" McMorris on
Friday & Saturday, May 9-10, here at IIT.

There will be many well-know speakers; this is a great opportunity to
learn about a new area, and to meet people.  The topic can be broadly
described as discrete applied mathematics; for more detail, look at

You're welcome to participate, for the whole thing, or just to attend
a couple talks.  However, please EMAIL ME if you intend to
participate.  (No registration fee for IIT students attending the
events held at IIT.)
