[grads] available dates and time

Hello,
  this message is intended for all current PhD students.
  IIT is reviewing our graduate program(Applied Math) now.
The reviewing committee would like to schedule a meeting
with all of the PhD students around the beginning
of Spring semester. Could you send me your available
dates and times between Jan 17 and Jan 25.
