[grads] printing change, effective immediately

Hello all, due to a new printing policy we have created individual TA
accounts on the computers in room 214 and have DISABLED printing on the
TA account and all TAs from now on will use their personal accounts to
print.  Thus if there is any TA that is not on the list below please
email me (trekvana at aol.com) and I will create a computer account for
you. Remember: Without a computer account you will NOT be able to print
from the 214 computers.

IMPORTANT!!
When you log into your accounts for the first time it will ask you to
create a password. Leave Password box BLANK and enter your password in
the NEW passwords and CONFIRM password boxes.

Also the first time you log in, you will see a Google toolbar agreement
form. Scroll down on the form hit ACCEPT and then OK.


ONCE AGAIN: YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PRINT FROM THE TA ACCOUNT.
AND AGAIN: YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PRINT FROM THE TA ACCOUNT.
AND ONE MORE TIME: YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PRINT FROM THE TA ACCOUNT.
