[grads] E1 129 supply cabinet for colloquia/seminars

The cabinet in the conference room used to store food and supplies for 
colloquia and seminars is now locked due to food going missing from it. 
In order to get food or supplies for colloquia, seminars, math club or 
other department function you will need to borrow the key from Gladys or 
the colloquium coordinator (me at the moment).
